The legal stuff
Terms of Use
These are the draft rules for using RoofMatch.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. What we do
RoofMatch helps people find roofers. We are not the roofer and do not inspect, price, repair, or replace roofs through this site.
2. We can’t promise a match or price
Sending a request does not mean a roofer will be free or take the job. Photos can help with an estimate, but the roofer may need to inspect the roof. You agree on the final price with the roofer.
3. What you need to do
Give us honest, current information. Make sure you are allowed to ask for work on the property. Don’t upload illegal, misleading, or unrelated content. If anyone is in danger, use your local emergency service—not this form.
4. You hire the roofer
Any deal for roofing work is between you and the roofer. The final terms must explain which roofer checks we do, if any. We won’t claim we checked a license, insurance, background, or certificate unless we did.
5. Contacting you
When you check the consent box, RoofMatch and one roofer may call, text, or email you about this job. You don’t have to agree to buy roofing services. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Don’t misuse the site
Don’t break into the site, interfere with it, send fake or automated requests, or use it to harm people, roofers, or systems.
7. What this draft still needs
A lawyer still needs to add the right rules for warranties, disputes, liability, governing law, and arbitration. This draft is not meant to be the final, enforceable terms.
